Unfurling the Creative – Taster Session

An introduction to the restorative and healing power of creative practice. Feel creative but a little stuck or uninspired? Long for more space, calm, or meaning in your week? Believe you’re “not creative” but are curious to explore? This session is run by Louise Durham, Occupational Therapist and glass artist. We’ll explore simple, accessible creative exercises designed to spark playfulness, curiosity, and joy. What to Expect: Each session is built around simple, accessible creative practices — cutting and sticking, tearing and layering, mark-making and printing. Sounds childish? That’s entirely the point. This isn’t about technique or producing impressive work. It’s about creating alongside others without judgement or pressure to get it right. Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend this event. £30. This 2 hr session Includes all materials.
