New Moon Sound Bath

Laura Solomons and Nancy Yeung guide this sound bath at The Humble Hub to mark the Scorpio new moon. The session begins with breathwork before you rest to the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls and twin Water Buffalo medicine drums. You will also use oracle cards to reflect on what’s on your mind and set intentions for the new moon. Mats, blankets, bolsters and blocks are provided. Brin
