The event will start with a short informal talk, followed by a walk of approximately two miles along the Adur riverbanks, crossing the Old Toll Bridge and ending at the Adur Recreation Ground. The walk is on good paths, but some sections will not be suitable for people using wheelchairs. Expert local birders will lead the walk while identifying birds and sharing information about them and any other wildlife and fauna. You should bring binoculars if you have them. Suitable footwear, particularly after rain, is recommended. Sorry, no dogs are permitted.
