Using a wonderful selection of fresh and dried flowers, textured fabrics and letter stamps, you’ll add your own seasonal sparkle to every creation. Guided by the talented Sarah, you’ll also learn how to craft a delightful trinket dish. Once your pieces are complete, Sarah will share her signature painting techniques, and you’ll have the opportunity to decorate a pre-fired trinket dish she has prepared especially for you, giving you a festive head start on the finishing touches. Whether you’re a seasoned maker or trying pottery for the first time, this workshop offers the perfect blend of creativity, celebration and relaxed hands-on fun. A truly special way to make something meaningful. After the workshop, Sarah will carefully take your pottery away to dry, fire and glaze it in your chosen colours. Training at Nottingham University, with a degree in Decorative arts, Sarah specialised in pottery after working with various mediums and has continued to make her own pottery since. Sarah currently works in Junior schools in Brighton running after school clubs for children aged 8-11 years old.
