Through gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, you'll ease common pregnancy discomforts, create space in your body, and develop a deeper bond with your little one. Each session includes guided postures to support your changing body, pelvic floor awareness, and mindfulness techniques to prepare you for a calm and empowered birth experience.
