Yoga class £10.00 or six sessions £55.00 A gentle Hatha flow class with a few little challenges along the way. Everyone can do yoga, adjustments will be made throughout the class. We would love you to join us. Every Tuesday at 6pm. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and something warm for relaxation at the end. location: St Augustine's Church Hall.
