A timeless tale of love at first sight, secret vows, violent hatred and fateful misunderstandings that leads to heart-breaking tragedy. Having performed Romeo & Juliet in 2014, 2018 and 2019, Bowler Crab combines the best elements from each tour for this 2026 production with an all new cast. All performances are outdoors. The bowls green in Alexandra Park is where Art in The Park are based and this will be the performance space. We will do our best to perform in most weather conditions but can exchange tickets if poor weather means you’d like to move dates. Please bring your own lawn furniture. Chairs will be available if you are unable to bring your own. Bowler Crab provide hot drinks, soft drinks and homemade cakes. Your own picnics are welcomed. No Alcohol. Art In The Park does not allow drinking on the bowls green premises. No Dogs allowed. Art In The Park does not allow dogs on the bowls green premises. No Smoking. Art In The Park does not allow smoking on the bowls green premises. Public toilets are next to the green. There are no steps when entering the auditorium. Road parking is available nearby but not in Alexandra Park.
