This session explores the relationship between nourishment, movement and metabolic health, offering simple, practical ways to support sustainable energy and stronger foundations for everyday health. Inspired by nature’s four elements — air, earth, water and fire — this immersive workshop series explores simple practices for stronger foundations in health and wellbeing. Aligned with the new moon, each session invites reflection, intention and fresh beginnings. Healing Elements Your Hosts Nina Tallyeux-Rowden is a qualified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience, passionate about helping her clients build strength, confidence, and wellbeing through accessible, supportive fitness. Inspired by her own journey into health and motherhood, she champions outdoor training and believes that every achievement starts with simply showing up.
