Behind the Scenes – Winery Harvest Tour

Join us for a special Harvest Winery Tour and experience winemaking first hand with our team. This is the peak of the year in the winery, when all the work in the vineyard finally pays off and it’s the turn of the winemakers to transform the hard-won harvest into wine. We’re running a series of special Behind the Scenes Harvest Tours, giving guests an in-depth look at the exciting activity taking place throughout the winery. Our winemaking team will be on hand to guide you through the different stages of production, from freshly pressed juice to active fermentations and wines ageing in barrel. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to taste samples at each stage and discover how our wines evolve before reaching the bottle. Of course, we’ll also finish by tasting some of our delicious finished wines! It’s the perfect opportunity to relax after your tour, savour exceptional food, and perhaps enjoy another glass of Wiston sparkling wine to round off your visit.
