One Guitar. One Rucksack. Hundreds of miles. “ Si Connelly has one of the very best male voices in the UK right now .” — Steve Best, Music Republic Magazine. Independent singer-songwriter Si Connelly has spent the past decade building one of Britain’s most remarkable independent catalogues. This autumn he begins a new chapter with The Walking Tours. Launching in October 2026, The Walking Tours will see Connelly travel entirely on foot between concerts, carrying only his guitar, backpack and the equipment he needs to perform. The first leg stretches from Hastings to Bournemouth via the Isle of Wight, passing through major towns and cities before culminating on 10th November with a headline show at London’s Camden Barfly. There are no tour buses. No support vehicles. Every mile between venues will be walked. Photo Credit: Katie Hart For Connelly—whose debut album Youth, War & Joy was written while living out of his car—the tour reflects a career built on independence, resilience and genuine connection with audiences. Following recording and publishing deals with Sony/RCA and EMI, he chose complete creative independence and has since released an extraordinary body of work, including monthly EPs, multiple studio albums, the live album Less of Me Left, and this year’s Loneliness in the Making. Two further albums, Wedding Singer and Change, are scheduled for release. Supported by BBC Radio 2, BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio, Kerrang! Radio and BBC One’s The One Show, Connelly has also written for major artists and toured throughout the UK, Europe and the United States. If the records tell one side of the story, the live shows tell the other. Over the past decade, Si has become a familiar face on stages across the UK, Europe and the United States, touring tirelessly and sharing bills with Ocean Colour Scene, Starsailor, KT Tunstall, Dexys, Bob Mould, Space, Boyzlife and Skipinnish. Every tour has been another chance to build an audience the old-fashioned way — one room at a time. The Walking Tour demonstrates that independent music is still built one audience, one venue and now one step at a time. Each route will also be raising money for various local and national charities, as well as fully documented to be shared to his growing online following. “I’ve spent ten years building my career one song and one audience at a time. The Walking Tour simply takes that idea to its natural conclusion-travelling the same way I’ve built my music career: slowly, honestly and by connecting with people along the way.” Tour Dates – Route 1 – 180 Miles. 23 Sept – Betsey Trotwood, London (warm Up) 23 Oct – The Piper, Hastings 23 Oct – Barnaby’s Lounge, Hastings 24 Oct – Battle Brewery, Battle 25 Oct – The Sheldon, Eastbourne 26 Oct – Folklore, Brighton 27 Oct – Underground Bar, Worthing 28 Oct – The Beach, Littlehampton 29 Oct – Havana, Chichester 30 Oct – Southsea spirit, Southsea, Portsmouth 1 Nov – Quay Arts Centre, Cowes, Isle of Wight 2 Nov – Chaplins, Bournemouth 10 Nov -Barfly, Camden, London (band headline*) Team Lead Single Released: Save Me by Si Connelly – 4th September on Dead Rabbit Press, TV & Radio: Lisa Davies Promotions – lisa@lisadaviespromotions.co.uk Management: Robmont Music, Jerry DaCosta – robmontmusic@gmail.com Bookings & Live: Lorraine Solomons / Dead Rabbit +447984 338108 – lorraine@semusic.org
