In this class we will flow dynamically and with intention through a series of postures, requiring both our strength and softness. A harmonious marriage of moment and breath, we will work towards our practice taking the form of a moving mediation. By drawing our awareness within the body, we can find a quietening of the mind, allowing space for us to observe ourselves on a deeper level- serving us as we step off our mats. A well rounded practice suitable for all levels.
