Step behind the scenes at Leonardslee and discover the fascinating world of honeybees. Hidden within the estate orchard are Leonardslees Lakes and Gardens working beehives, which help pollinate the gardens, wildflowers and orchard throughout the seasons. The hives also produce honey used by Restaurant Interlude. Led by a member of the Leonardslee gardening team, this experience gives guests visiting the West Sussex countryside, the opportunity to head over to the hives, suit up in protective bee suits, see the bees up close, taste the honey and ask questions about the hives and beekeeping.
