Somerley Fields bursts into colour this summer with its much-loved Pick Your Own Sunflower experience, returning to its beautiful West Sussex setting from 18th July through 9th August 2026. Set among the rolling fields of Earnley near Chichester, visitors are invited to wander through spectacular sunflower meadows, picking blooms to take home. Open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the venue also offers The Bloom Box — a charming self-serve shed stocked with pre-cut sunflower stems for those who prefer a simpler visit. Evenings come alive with a full programme of ticketed events. Saturday Sundowners bring live music and a bar to the golden hour setting, while Friday Night Specials offer something a little different each week — a floral bouquet workshop with The Blooming Truck, a Tinwood Estate wine and cheese tasting with The Cheese Buoy, and a Paint & Sip evening with artist Gaye Clear. Wellness sessions with visiting yoga practitioners round out the programme. Walk-ins are welcome, and tickets are available at www.somerleyfields.com.
