Inspired by vinyasa flow, each session blends elegant, fluid sequences with safe adaptations to build strength, flexibility, balance and ease. From the second trimester right up to birth, we explore dynamic, rhythmic movement that’s both empowering and instinctive. You’ll cultivate stability and stamina while preparing mind and body for labour, all in a supportive space that honours the natural power of pregnancy.
