Cowdray Hall
Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork Thursday 1st October | 10:00am to 11:00am DONATIONS ONLY A space to move, breathe, reconnect, and begin your day with intention. Kundalini Yoga has had a transformational impact on my own life and it is a privilege to share this ancient practice with you. Often described as the yoga of awareness, Kundalini Yoga combines dynamic movement, breathwork, meditation, music and relaxation to support not only physical but emotional wellbeing. My morning classes at Cowdray Hall centre around kriyas (sets of exercises), used as tools for somatic release and nervous system regulation. Students often experience increased energy, improved focus, greater emotional balance, and a deeper connection to themselves. The practice can help release physical and emotional tension, creating space for calm, vitality, self-awareness, and empowerment. This is an opportunity to pause, reset, and begin the day with intention. What to expect: * Invigorating movement for somatic release * Breathwork and pranayama techniques * Meditation and relaxation * Mantra and music, ranging from kirtan to uplifting contemporary tracks and the occasional sound bath relaxation! * A judgement free, safe environment Whether you are completely new to Kundalini Yoga or have years of experience, you will be warmly welcomed. I have recently undertaken my 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and am currently awaiting formal certification from KRI. As I begin this next chapter of my teaching journey, classes are offered on a donation-only basis to make the practice as accessible as possible while I gain experience teaching within the community.
