With its high ceilings and serene ambiance, it is the perfect setting in which to lose yourself in a meditative, full-body audio experience. Flow Dance Meditation is a liberating, conscious movement practice where a carefully crafted musical arc unites meditation with ecstatic dance. Allow the Venezuelan ceremonial grade cacao to open your heart as you move in whatever way feels natural, with no choreography and no experience required. Our session is deliberately structured around the natural rhythms of your nervous system, moving seamlessly through three phases: 1. Grounding and Arrival – Settling into the space while tuning in to align your body and mind with the present moment. 2. Movement and Expression – Letting the tempo build to heal through movement, encouraging somatic release. 3. Integration and Stillness – Slowing back down to absorb the energy of the practice, helping you rise into your higher self with a sense of deep connection and renewal. Headphones as well as speakers are used to create a deeply immersive experience, allowing you to step fully inwards and embrace your own unique journey of somatic healing. Free from external distractions, the music becomes a personal guide. We will end with a deep relaxation and integration, allowing your body and nervous system to process the experience. You will be entirely in control of your own pace, whether that means gentle movement or high-energy expression. It is an inclusive, judgement-free space where everyone is welcome to just exist and move freely.
