Enjoy a healthy sweet bite & chai tea in the kitchen after. Yoga postures are carefully chosen to support deep relaxation. Postures are held to promote release of tension and invite deep rest, supporting all the systems of the body. Simple breathing exercises will be taught to calm the mind and bring clarity of thought. Finally, you get to lie down & let go listening to the healing sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls, gongs, drums & chimes to deepen your relaxation. Sound Baths are designed to promote a meditative state, shift our perspective of life and to reduce stress. By the end of the afternoon, you will feel fully rested and nourished ready to embrace the week ahead! No experience of yoga is necessary.
