SOUND & VISION An evening of tarot insight, astrology and sound journey Saturday 26th September | 7:00pm-9:00pm Sound and Vision is a unique event that has been sold out in London for 2 years and I am now thrilled to bring this unique evening to Cowdray hall in Sussex. As the seasons begin to turn, we take a pause to reset and feel gratitude for the summer months behind us. Nikki will guide the group through the wisdom of the tarot with a collective card pull, and you’ll draw your own card for you personal full moon experience. She will offer an astrological roadmap for the Full Moon in Aries- its influences, the energy it brings. Aries is the sign of action, new beginnings and initiation so this evening looks at how we can harness this energy and the opportunities it opens up whilst remaining in balance. The experience: An hour of astrology and tarot insight followed by a sound bath allowing your body to relax beyond yourself where sound heals, clears and rebalances your energy. What to expect/ bring: No Experience necessary. Yoga mats, blankets, pillows provided but you may also like to bring your own. Wear comfy clothes There will be warm drinks at the break but best to eat something light before you arrive. Plenty of parking is available outside the hall.
