Yin Phase Seasonal Yoga & Qigong Workshop The phase from Late Summer through Autumn to Winter, using the practices of Gigong and Yoga to cultivate these practices to develop core strength, bring us into the present, slow down from the busyness of summer and allow for the experience of being grounded. Learn ways of bringing balance and self-esteem practices, including nurturing yourself in tune with your immune system. Includes a talk on cultivating a seasonal practice and understanding the mind, Breathwork for Chakras, Yin Yoga practice and Yoga Nidra meditation to end the day.
